This collection includes an early settlers association flyer; correspondence (1863-1866); an agricultural report for Dubuque County, Iowa; various plat maps and plat map forms used by banks and land agents; reports to the stockholders of an Iowa lead mining company; a ledger book recording letters sent (1863); an editorial signed by B.F.S. with title "Dubuque desired a division of the Territory"; and other miscellaneous papers, maps and receipts.
